The Machine is exclusively meant for Miniature Circuit Breakers ( MCB’s ) manufacturers for making the Copper coils palced inside the Mcb’s. The conventional manual manufacturing of the copper coils includes four steps.
Stripping of the copper wire from one end.
Bending of the copper wire.
Coiling of the copper wire as per defined Outer diameter of the coil.
Stripping of the copper coil from the second end.
Hence to overcome the productivity issue, this machine was innovated to perform all the wire coiling, bending & stripping operations in a single cycle manufacturing with an efficiency close to 10,000 pcs per day ( 3 Shifts ).
The machine is broadly classified into Two Models :
»RTOR – 27 BAS : This model can capably handle the the copper wire ranging from 1.00 mm to 2.5 mm ( 19 guage – 12 guage ).
» RTOR – 35 BAS : This is another upgraded high capacity model for handling the copper wire ranging from 2.00 mm to 3.5 mm ( 14 guage – 9 guage ).
This machine is widely accepted by various MCB manufacturers based across entire India and getting benefitted from the same.
