As four of the grinding wheels operates simultaneously, every spring is passed through them acquiring the desired length in less no. of passes.
The speed of the spring feeding plate can be adjusted depending upon the time required for the grinding the Spring.
The four grinding wheel can be adjusted independent of each other along with the dedicated wheel dresser assigned for each of them.
With a wide span of Spring Loading Plate i.e. 663 mm ,** 210 springs can be grinded in a single loading.
Machine also poses capability of handling the springs ranging from 2.00 mm to 8.00 mm* of the Wire diameter.
All the electricals used including the Grinding Plate Motors and Spring loading plate are of reputed make .The entire machine including the basic structural design are made in a manner to serve your needs even for three shifts.
Spring Grinders can be changed easily by Bolting System.
( * Note : Single Pass or Multiple Pass of the springs entirely depends upon the Quality
of the wire, Diameter of the wire and Desired length of the spring. )
